Merchandise Vendor Registration Shenandoah Sips

Join us at Belle Grove’s inaugural Shenandoah Sips festival, a celebration of wines, spirits, ciders and more, crafted right here in Virginia!

Belle Grove will provide

• Amenities such as bags of ice on site, security staff, and souvenir tasting glasses for attendees
• Music all day from Meisha Herron and Souled Out
• Demos by local chefs highlighting historic recipes
• Kids’ activities from Play Favorites toy store in Front Royal and the Whitelightnin’ Barrel Train

Vendor fee is $100 for 10ft x 10ft space or $150 for 10ft x 20ft space. Registration is open until Monday, August 18, 2025, and payment must be made at the time of registration. Belle Grove does not provide refunds for vendor spaces. We have limited spaces so register soon!

Registration Information

The registration system will time out at 30 minutes so it helps to have everything you need ready before you start. The registration form will ask for your company name*, contact person*, email address*, cell phone number*, logo and product photos, Facebook and Instagram handles, and website address. (Items marked with an asterisk are mandatory but the others are optional.) You will also need a credit card or PayPal account to pay for your space(s).

Location: Belle Grove Plantation, 336 Belle Grove Road, Middletown, VA 22645 Please note that there are other sites in Virginia named “Belle Grove" which are not associated with us.
Date: Saturday August 23, 2025
Gates open to the public: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (this does not include set-up time)

• Vendors are responsible for their own set-up including tent, tables and chairs. Each tent leg must be weighed down with at least 40 pounds each. You are welcome to bring 5-gallon buckets and fill them with water here.
• Belle Grove will not provide electricity, but quiet generators are permissible.
• Vendors must be ready for business by 11 a.m. on the day of the event, with vehicles moved off the festival grounds by 10:30 a.m. All vendors are required to remain set up for the entirety of the event until 5 p.m.
• Setup can be done 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
• All parking is in the parking field across the road from Belle Grove. There is no parking in the lot where guests enter the festival. No vehicles will be allowed into the festival area between 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Do not bring a vehicle into the festival grounds early.
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Submission of this application implies agreement with these policies.
• There is no need for a Frederick County Vendor License. If you sell food products, you are responsible for any required permits.
