2026 Beverage Vendor Registration - Shenandoah Sips

Join us at Belle Grove’s Shenandoah Sips festival, a celebration of wines, spirits, ciders and more, crafted right here in Virginia! Participation is free for beverage vendors!

As a participant in Shenandoah Sips, you will receive from Belle Grove

• Direct exposure to a targeted audience: Connect with local enthusiasts and tourists looking to discover new and exciting beverages.
• Brand visibility and promotion: Gain valuable exposure through our festival marketing and promotional efforts, including social media, website listings, and radio spots.
• Sales opportunities: Sell your products directly to attendees and generate revenue during the festival. 

Belle Grove will provide

• Amenities such as bags of ice on site, security staff, and souvenir tasting glasses for attendees
• Music all day from Low Water Bridge Band and Dan James Band
• Talks by local chefs and a special market with chef-chosen fresh products

We have limited spaces for each category of beverages so register early!

Setup Information

Location: Belle Grove Plantation, 336 Belle Grove Road, Middletown, VA 22645 Please note that there are other sites in Virginia named “Belle Grove" which are not associated with us.

Date: Saturday August 29, 2026 

Gates open to the public: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (this does not include set-up time)

• Vendors are responsible for their own set-up including tent, tables and chairs. Each tent leg must be weighed down with at least 40 pounds each. You are welcome to bring 5-gallon buckets and fill them with water here.
• Belle Grove will not provide electricity, but quiet generators are permissible.
• Vendors must be ready for business by 10:45 a.m. on the day of the event, with vehicles moved off the festival grounds by 10:30 a.m. All vendors are required to remain set up for the entirety of the event until 5 p.m.
• Setup can be done 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
• No vehicles will be allowed to move inside the festival area between 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you arrive after 10:30 a.m. you will not be allowed to bring a vehicle into the event grounds. Please do not move a vehicle inside the festival grounds early.
• This is a rain or shine event.
